APPLAUDS THE BIRC BOSS AND HIS TEAM FOR THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS SO FAR AND PROMISES TO ASSISTS THEM WHICHEVER WAY THEY CAN

The youth and employment matters committee set up by the kingdom and headed by Se-Alabo Dagogo Benjamin Adda-Allison pays a courtesy visit to the Bonny Integrated Recruitment Centre (BIRC), applauds them for their achievements so far and promised that the committee will assist the agency in whichever way it can for the benefit of the kingdom.

Speaking on behalf of the other members of the committee, Se-Alabo Dagogo Benjamin
Adda-Allison stated that contrary to insinuations in some quarters, the committee as constituted by the Amanyanabo-in-Council is saddled with the following responsibilities:
1. To support the BIRC by ensuring that the agency is properly supervised and managed for it to deliver on its mandate and business objectives to Bonny Kingdom
2. To ensure full compliance with already established employment allocation quota for the benefit of the Kingdom.
3. To partner with relevant stakeholders for the development and implementation of key employment initiatives for the kingdom.
4. To ensure proper supervision and coordination of already established youth bodies and programs in Bonny Kingdom
5. To partner with relevant stakeholders on youth development and empowerment initiatives for the kingdom among others.

The committee is not created to take over your duties”, he added.

He stressed that the committee’s role is to support the BIRC and ensure It operates as a standard recruitment agency and also to proffer possibilities solutions to some of the challenges faced by the agency in the discharge of its duties.

He further stated that the committee will work hands in glove with the BIRC for the betterment of the employment system and Bonny Kingdom at large.

He appreciated the BIRC boss and his team for their selfless service and achievements so far recorded and asked that whichever way the BIRC wants the committee to assist, they should not fail to call on them.

The chairman, BIRC, Mayor Ala Hart appreciated the team ably lead by the distinguished Se-Alabo Dagogo Benjamin Adda-Allison for finding time to come visit them and promised to ensure that the BIRC and the committee maintains a very cordial relationship for the betterment of the system and Bonny at large. “It is only when we do things together that maximum positive results can be achieved “. Amidst enumerating their achievements, the chairman also in the same vein pointed out some challenges facing the BIRC and asked that the committee should assist the BIRC whichever way they can in finding a lasting solution to them.
